1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using TermiShell, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
2. Product Scope
TermiShell provides SSH, SFTP, server monitoring, task automation, local key storage, migration backup, and related operational tools for iOS and iPadOS. You are responsible for the servers, credentials, commands, files, and networks you connect to with TermiShell.
3. Account And Credentials
TermiShell does not currently require a TermiShell user account. SSH credentials, private keys, server profiles, and local billing snapshots are stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping your device, passcode, backups, keys, and server credentials secure.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use TermiShell to access systems without authorization, disrupt services, bypass security controls, distribute malware, violate laws, or infringe the rights of others. We may restrict access to paid features, support, promotional access, or related services if misuse is detected.
5. Pro Access, Subscriptions, And Purchases
TermiShell Pro may be offered through App Store in-app purchases, subscriptions, lifetime purchases, or limited promotions. App Store purchases are billed and managed by Apple under your Apple ID and Apple’s terms. Subscription renewal, cancellation, refund, and payment-method handling are controlled by Apple.
Promotional access, if offered, may be limited by duration, eligibility, availability, and other conditions. Promotional access has no cash value and may be changed or withdrawn if issued or used in error, abused, or obtained improperly.
6. Availability And Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We try to avoid breaking operational workflows, but TermiShell is provided without a guarantee that every feature will be available at all times, compatible with every server, or free from interruption.
7. Data And Privacy
Use of TermiShell is also governed by the Privacy Policy. The privacy policy explains what data may be stored locally, what data may be sent to our servers, how purchase verification works, and how to contact us about privacy requests.
8. Disclaimers
TermiShell is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free operation. You should verify commands, scripts, file operations, and automation before running them on production systems.
9. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TermiShell and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, server downtime, credential misuse, or business interruption arising from your use of the app.
